Profile Cutting

Demand for profile cutting necessitated the upgrade of our profiling facilities.  In March 2016 we installed a new 4.0m x 2.0m Kerf Ultrasharp Plasma cutting Machine c/w Burny CNC Control System.

The machine produces Ultrasharp cut quality.  Hole quality on a 1:1 thickness to diameter ratio can be achieved with repeatable consistency.  

It is primarily used for the cutting of profiles for the high volume of segmented flights manufacture for use in our own products or for other Customers. 

In addition we are able to offer a profile cutting service for our Customers.  We can profile cut shapes to your requirements in a variety of materials from plate up to 35 mm thick.

We can cut a wide variety of shapes including nameplates, logos, signs, weathervanes and decorative artwork.

We can do this either direct from your CAD drawing or we can programme in your particular shape and send it direct to the machine.
