Our use of advanced technologies in forming segmented flighting and screw shaft assemblies have assured our continuous growth.  In house production facilities have been developed and extended to meet the ever increasing demands from our Customers.

With all our production facilities in house we can give prompt attention to our Customers’ needs.  Those facilities include:

Profiling shop:

• Fully computerised CNC plasma cutting machine
• 150 tonne hydraulic tube and bar straightening press

Press shop:

• Variety of specially adapted hydraulic presses

Fabrication shop:

• Fabrication and welding

• Radial arm drills
• Horizontal borers
• Grinders
