We hold stocks of the most frequently used materials enabling us to respond very quickly to a variety of breakdown situations.

• Replace worn or damaged flighting to existing screw shafts
• Replace worn or damaged stub shafts/journals with new machined ends
• Repair and straighten bent screw shafts quickly

We can provide a temporary repair to enable you to get back up and running then manufacture a complete new replacement to ensure your downtime is minimized.
